Can you freeze chicken salad sandwiches?

I got this gadget that makes sandwiches such as pb & j etc. like the "Uncrustables" that come in the freezer section at the grocery store. Those from the grocery store are very convenient but very expensive. So I thought I'd make my own with this gadget, seal them, and freeze them in freezer bags for a quick after school snack, etc. On to my question: Does chicken salad freeze well and could I make a few of these and freeze them for mornings when I get called in to sub and don't have time to make a real lunch? I was wondering if you can freeze something with mayo in it and if anyone has tried this. TIA

I don't have any experience with this, but I just checked my book " Will it Freeze?" and it says this under freezing sandwiches:

Use day-old bread, soften butter or margaring and spread it right to the edge of the bread to prevent the filling soaking in. Fill the sandwiches, stack them and cut with a sharp knife. Don't wrap more than 6 to 8 sandwiches together. And if you want to make up a packet of mixed filling, wrap each flavour separately, then overwrap the whole lot in foil or a polythene bag and freeze.

but then it says:

A wide range of fillings can be used - cheese, fish, meat, pate - in any number of combinations. But avoid hardboiled eggs which go rubbery, mayonnaise which curdles, salad vegetables which go limp, and jam which makes the bread soggy on thawing.

Chicken salad usually has mayo right? so it may not work well, If you have leftovers and the alternative is to throw them out, I guess you can give it a try and see how they turn out.

THANK YOU, THANK YOU TWIGS! There was something in the back of my mind that I had once heard something about not freezing mayo. Now you've confirmed it. I substitute teach and sometimes I know ahead when I have to work (5 days a week in Nov. and the first of Dec.) but some days I don't know until an hour or less before I need to be there and with having to get 3 kids fed and ready for school, (dh is pretty self sufficient in the mornings) and get myself ready I often don't have time to make my lunch. So I was trying to think of something other than my usual salad or ham sandwich to make that I could just pop in my lunch box. We eat lunch with our class in the cafeteria with 7 teachers vying for one microwave with only 20 minutes to eat :( Thanks again for your help!
