Beware using CAA. Although I am sure your sister and her co-workers know what they are doing, the Kingston branch is CLUELESS about travel. The are ok with TripTiks, but our last Disney trip with them in April was ridiculous. They and Holiday Travel fouled things up completely.

Ya, but if you're just purchasing tickets, it can save you a few $$$. And it's hard for them to screw up ticket sales. (Not impossible, just hard. )
