Buying tickets day before arrival.

We are arriving in a few weeks. I want to wait to buy the tickets until the day before. Was going to purchase them from undercover tourist? and I think I can attach them to our reservation immediately? I got them last time from them but just verifying so when I check in I can get our card from the front desk which has our tickets attached. We are staying at ASMo.

You may have an issue there. We have purchased UT tickets many times and sometimes there is a lag in when you can connect tickets to you My Disney Experience. You can call UT to discuss this.

You could purchase them directly from the Disney site the day before which would be more reliable than Undercover Tourist (and they usually aren't that much cheaper anyway). But my question would be why? Unless you aren't 100% sure you are going yet and don't want to be locked in. Purchasing in advance lets you plan better like pre-booking LLMP (but then again you may not be interested in those).

The only time I would absolutely not recommend waiting would be around the holidays. I saw lots of reports recently of people who waited around Christmas or New Years and found some of the days sold out.

I have bought from Undercover Tourist every time we've gone since about 2016. I've never had a wait or delay in attaching my tickets. I actually just bought from them yesterday for a May trip and attached them immediately. No problem. If you're worried...just to be sure, could you buy them TWO days before. You'll have your receipt and order number as soon as you buy them. If there's a problem you'll have time to be in contact with them. Have a fun trip!!

I just ordered from UT. Saved $100 compared to disney price. Hopefully they will email me tickets soon and I can attach them to our reservation.

I just purchased the tickets from UT, saved $100 and got an email within 5 minutes of buying the tickets and have already connected them to my disney account. Yea!
