The Brio Restaurant in the Millenium Mall in Orlando is a Must Do if you want a restaurant outside of DW........we abolutely loved it and the food is insane. It's a bit expensive, but it was definately nice to be away from all the Disney stuff and eat somewhere different.....everything we had was fantastic! The blackened shrimp appetizer and the parmesan crusted chicken is to die for.......Just a heads up in case you all are interested in doing something away from the parks.:goodvibes

I haven't been to the one in Orlando, but we did go to the one in Naples, and now one just opened up in Yorktown Mall (Chicago area) that we went to. LOVED IT! I suggest this restaurant to everyone. The food is delicious. I had the gorgonzola crusted filet. YUM!! DH actually had the chicken you mentioned and loved it as well.

We've eaten at Brio a couple of times and have always been very happy with teh food and service. I think the pricing is on par with a restaurant of that caliber.

Minnie or Ducklite, have you been to the Palm in Orlando?.......been in Wash D.C. and in Miami but not in Orlando....:) Going up this weekend and going to hit Brio and possibly the Palm..

Brio is pretty good for a chain restaurant, but the bar at the one here in St. Louis doubles as a pick-up joint for the 40s and 50s divorced crowd, which makes it a little creepy.

They are opening a Brio right near my home. I'm glad to hear some positive reviews.

We have Brio and Bravo here. Same chain and both great! Yeah, watering hole for the newly single or think they're single here too. The food, however is very good.

We love Brio's it's just across the river in Ky and it's one of our favorite places.

We have eaten at the one at Mall at Millenia and the one Mrsmom was talking about. My DH loves it! We have always enjoyed our meals there.

Am I the only one that read this title and got excited thinking it was a theme restaurant revolving around Brio trains?

Though DS might like it and then realized nobody was discussing trains. :p

 That's exactly what I thought!

Haven't been there yet. In all honesty we've cut back on a lot of eating out and vacationing, as we're looking at buying another piece of property (or two.) :thumbsup2

I am going up this weekend so if we go to The Palm I will let you all know.......:goodvibes

We have eaten at The Palm and we enjoyed it. We think Brio is ok - it normally would not be our first choice though. I would suggest Maggiano's at Pointe Orlando over Brio though. Just my opinion!

The Palm is great. It's a little better than Shula's and not quite as good as Ruths' Chris (which I believe to be the best).:thumbsup2
