NEVER MIND... I think I found my answer online after looking more deeply (all I was originally finding was reviews about their checks, which I have used without complaint so didn't look much further). Consensus seems to be that they are a crappy company to work with with awful customer service and shabby quality products. OK. Not buying from them!!

(Original question, FYI: Has anyone every purchased jewelry from The Bradford Exchange? Are they a reliable company, and is the quality of the jewelry decent? I am not expecting crazy-amazing-wonderful jewelry at their price point, but is it decent, or are they selling overpriced crap? Did you have a good experience and would you shop with them again?)

I did and although the quality and service is acceptable I have one HUGE caution for you that I learned the hard way: The items on their website and in the pretty catalogues are not displayed with photographs - they are artist's renderings only. This can result in the piece you receive, while it's technically exactly what you ordered, being very, very different IRL than what you expected. I had this happen when I ordered and customized what I thought was going to be the "forever" replacement for my original (lost - long story) wedding band. I was literally shocked, and so, so disappointed with the ring they made me.

Thanks for your response. As I am looking for a wedding present for someone VERY special, I am taking no chances! I want to be crying happy tears when I give the present, not frustrated, sad, mad tears because of the quality of the product not meeting expectation, hahaha!
