Best grocery stop for value and selection

Will be making our towncar reservations soon and would like your opinions on making the most of a 30 minute grocery stop.

From what I have read on other threads, Publix is the best priced store. I don't know where it is exactly in relation to WDW, but Yourride has a free 30 minute stop and the driver is more than accomodating!
