Depends on the ages of those in your party.
Our favorite is Mideviel Times, but my DS is a sword nut and loves anything to do with knights. The have 'real' jousting & sword fights and lots of audience participation... there's a storyline and the Princess gets 'saved' by the winning knight. Lots of good fun, the food is simple but good. If you go arrive early because there is lots to see & do before the show.
HooDeDoo is great for adults and older kids (try to reserve early because it's more fun if you're on the main floor), my son was 7 when we went and he enjoyed it but didn't 'get' alot of it. There is LOTS of food, (ribs & fried chicken when we went).
For adults & or horse nuts Arabian Knights is awesome... but I don't remember the food???
We did Pirates... it was fun, aimed at younger kids who all got to be 'in' the show at one point, but I thought it was not quite up to the caliber of the the other shows. They had appetiesers in the lobby before the show and face painting and lots of trinkets to buy. The food was so-so.
Those are the only ones I can comment on... hope it helps!
Have a fun trip!
