We generally make a lunch ADR on our Disney Springs day at either The Edison or Homecoming, but for our upcoming trip, we have decided to forgo the ADR and just do a snacks and drinks bar crawl. For sure we will go to Jock Lindsay's and The Boathouse. Does anyone know if you can sit at the bar at The Edison and order drinks and the candied bacon? My DH really wants the bacon, but I don't want to make an ADR just for bacon and because I don't want to be tied to coming at a specific time.

You can do walk-in at the bars at Edison without reservation, and you can order the bacon at the bars. Obviously depending on time you go for how crowded walk-up may be - weekends after 10pm can get busier with the shows.

Other walk-up bars you can hit without reservations that I like to visit:
Frontera Cocina does good margaritas and you can order full menu too.
Raglan Road - great if you like Irish music and live bands
Art Smith's Homecomin' moonshine bar
Lava Lounge at Rainforest
Paradiso 37 patio seating
WIne Bar George if you can get upper desk outdoor seating

And if you're feeling like wasting a little more time and making a full day of it, boat over to Port Orleans to hit Scat Cat's at French Quarter and hit a Yehaa Bob show at River Roost bar in Riverside at night...then boat back to Springs for a night capper somewhere. And DEFINITELY take a bus or ride share back after that!

One of our favorite things to do on an off day while the wives/daughters shop. We usually start at boathouse, jocks, raglan, then enzos/edison. Grabbing drinks and usually an app to share at each. We will probably skip Raglan/Edison this year and head further down and stop at city works and house of blues. There's just so many good bar options. I hear STK's happy hour bar menu is fantastic as well. Maybe we will try to squeeze that in too...LOL

Depending on when you go, the Boathouse has the indoor bar but they also have a bar outdoors that is over the water. They used to have an apps type menu for out there too but I haven't been in a while. It is a lovely place to sit and enjoy drinks (and its covered in case it rains).

Also, there is Dockside's Margarita's over in the Marketplace area by the water and other walk up places around the Springs have alcoholic beverages (Amorettes, Wine Bar George take-out window). I'd suggest googling Disney Springs Map and then looking at the menu's at the food places in Disney Springs.

We love to go to Enzo’s Hideaway and have a drink before taking the tunnel to The Edison. Enzo’s is very cozy and quiet, which is nice before heading to the Edison which can be a little louder (depending on the time of day).

Wolfgang Puck’s has happy hour from 1-4 with bottomless beer and bottomless mimosas (and other libations). You’re allowed two hours to imbibe on the bottomless deal. The Polite Pig has a good Old Fashioned, and we kind of like sitting on the animal stools at the bar in Rainforest.

Spent a summer working in Orlando and a town north. Stayed a lot at Disney Springs. Did the same thing. STK happy hour menu is awesome. used to get sliders and a martini. Another great one is Morimoto and the tuna tartar. Boathouse is great as well.

@skramer100 Never been to morimotos. Do they have a specific "happy hour" menu?
No that I recall. Just always ordered of the app menu. I did one time get to sit upstairs at the sushi bar. Had amazing oysters and told the sushi chef to just make me 6 pieces of sushi anyway he wants to. Was a pretty awesome meal.
