Anyone tried the Sea-Band GINGER GUM?

Hey -
Having been seasick before, I DO NOT want to go through that again! On my last cruise I tried the sea-bands and had no problems whatsover.

This time, I bought the family Sea-bands and found Ginger Gum on the sea-band web site. I figured gum would be easiest to give my 5-yo other than making her gag down some ginger tea or a ginger pill.

Has anyone tried the gum?

Does it work?

Does it taste good? (Hoping it's not too spicy...)

Haven't tried the gum but a few suggestions.

A sailing friend of ours always keeps a box of Ginger Snaps on board his boat for the little ones who start to get queasy and that seems to work well. You might also consider taking a few cans of ginger ale to have on hand.
