Advice on which to book first?

I'm approaching my ADR window for our end of March trip, and I think I have dining lined up. I'm now looking for input on whether I have these in the right order to actually book at 6am - like which you think will be the hardest to grab? I've also included where in the trip we plan to go, since presumably later will be a bit easier. So, what do you think? Anything I should move up or could move down? Is Cape May Cafe too far down considering it's on the second day of our trip and is a high priority for us generally?

Also - I know this is a lot of ADRs! I will drop a couple as we firm things up, but we do like table service and will be on the DDP!

60 days - Beaches and Cream at 5:30pm
60+5 - Beaches and Cream at 5:30pm (if can't get 60 days)

60+5 - Topolinos at 8am
60+4 - 50s primetime lunch at 1pm
60+2 - Crystal Palace at 12:30pm OR 10:30am
60+4 - Oga's Cantina anytime in the afternoon/evening
60+1 - Cape May Cafe at 9am
60+3 - The Boathouse at 5:15pm
60+1 - Sebastian's at 5:30pm
60+6 - Boma at 10am

How many people? Overall, I think you have a very good order and approach. Something to consider - I believe Boathouse will take reservations prior to 60 days through OpenTable - might be worth checking on. Could be one less ADR you need to make in the morning.

Oohh that's good to know - thank you! And we have 5 for most of these, but are going to be trying for 7 at Toplinos because 2 more will be joining us for that one. But, I was planning to quickly switch to looking for 4 and 3 if that seems to be an issue. Was thinking the same thing for the 5 if needed.

Ok, very hot tip here on the Boathouse! Just checked on OpenTable and was able to make it right now for very end of March! Thank you!!

Odd numbers can be challenging. If you don't see availability for 5, try 6. However, if you're looking for 7, you might need to split into 2 groups/reservations. That's not a big deal - if you can get them close to each other time wise, you can ask to be seated together or close when you check in at the restaurant. In our experience, they've accommodated us in that situation 80% of the time. However, if you need 2 separate reservations (for example, a 4 and a 3 at Topo), you need 2 different people to make the reservations. Sorry if you already know that, but you cannot hold 2 ADRs around the same time. You'll need to team up and delegate some help for multiple ADRs at the same time and place. Good luck. Sounds like some fun choices!

I can't speak to the others but I can tell you Boma was the only restaurant I was able to find a table for my entire party of 10 under one reservation, at a prime dining time (6:30pm). So suspect you're safe booking them last as you have listed here.
