50 Things

We're 50 days out from our February WDW trip. There's snow on the ground up here in Iowa and it's about 15 degrees, so I thought I'd stay warm and countdown 50 of the things I'm most looking forward to about our upcoming trip.

Note: This will be my fourth WDW trip overall and my DW and twin DDs second trip overall. We last went in April 2012.

7. Chef Mickey's
8. Crystal Palace
9. The Coral Reef

10. Taking the family to Hollywood Studios for the first time
11. Toy Story Mania
12. Tower of Terror
13. Fantasmic!
14. Illuminations
15. Turkey legs
16. Staying at Port Orleans Riverside for the first time
17. Our Royal Room
18. Haunted Mansion
19. Soarin'
20. Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin
21. The girls' first rides on Space and Big Thunder Mountain
22. New Fantasyland
23. Grabbing hot chocolate for the family each morning to get them out of bed
24. Seeing the characters
25. Temperatures above freezing
26. Kilimanjaro Safari
27. No snow! (hopefully)
28. Family photos with the Memory Maker
29. Taking my own photos with my DSLR
30. Just walking around and enjoying the scenery
31. Checking out the shops (WDW is the only place in the world I don't mind doing a little shopping)
32. Getting a gigantic cinnamon roll for breakfast
33. Mickey Pretzel
34. People watching
35. The Disney buses
36. Riding the monorail
37. Venturing out to Downtown Disney for the first time
38. Expedition Everest
39. Surprising my wife (who will be 7 months pregnant) with a massage at Senses
40. Dinner at Ohana
41. Taking a few minutes to stare wistfully at Splash Mountain, which will be closed during our stay
42. Relaxation
43. Swimming?
44. Parades, shows and other "diversions"
45. Trying to stay up late one night to watch The Kiss Goodnight at MK
46. Picking out souvenirs for family and friends
47. The looks on my daughters' faces when they see or experience something for the first time
48. Ditto for my wife
49. Getting in one last vacation as a family of 4 before we become a family of 5 in April
50. Just being in Walt Disney World
