Hello! I have been a member of DVC since 2001, renting out our points when we haven’t used them for over 20 years. Recently, we purchased a new home in PIT (Polynesian). After booking a reservation, our plans changed, and we will not be going until December. As a result, we now have extra points available from our Polynesian and BLT homes.
Total Points: 238 @ 18pp
I have 180 Polynesian points available for rent (September use year).
Additionally, there are 58 BLT points available for rent (February use year).
I require a DVC rental agreement signed by both parties to protect both you and myself. The deposit will depend on the reservation dates: 100% if within 7 months, and 75% if between 7 and 11 months. Partial refunds are possible depending on the timing of the reservation and any cancellation changes.
I also have a separate thread for a confirmed reservation that I originally booked for the Polynesian. However, since our plans have changed, I know that the reservation will likely be scooped up as soon as I cancel. Therefore, I am offering the chance for someone to take those specific days and stay if interested.
The confirmed reservation is for Poly Duo Studio Preferred View, Check-in on August 17th, and Check-out on August 21st for 80 points at $1600. This is separate from the rental listed here.
