Grand Californian is going through some remodeling and updates next year so your experience may be impacted. But the OG DVC @ DL has so much to offer including their private entrance to DL and no fees at check-in.

I've been renting for 22y on the DIS and elsewhere. 50% down once your name is on the reservation and you confirm details, then final 50% at 60d before checkin. No refunds however I always try to work with people if a reschedule is needed.

I can also do ADVANCE bookings for 10% down, holding my points for you until your booking date -- I make your reservation and it's stress-free for you. I am doing advance bookings through end of year 2025.
