So I don't think this is a judgement about individual Floridians decisions (and we love Floridians --- while the weather is great it is individual Floridians who make the Florida experience that much greater.) What we do see is what is released from your State government and it's not reassuring...

I think this is the part that makes me most nervous to go to WDW. Still have issues that locals who don't take the pandemic seriously makes WDW that much riskier.... but there are so many places that as visitor you access that aren't in the Disney bubble.... is taking a flight, walking through...

I think the main thing for me would be what offerings are back to being offered then (fireworks, tours, fireworks cruises, parties, restaurants, FP+, etc...) --- with the current offerings available --- a once in a lifetime trip will miss a lot right now. I have no idea what will be coming for...

I think this will entirely depend on the vaccines and how soon they will be prevalent. Alternately if there were a way for there to be a way to test guests to ensure that they truly not affected (not false negative) and covid free before entering the park --- so easy, fast, smart and reliable...

Thanks to all for posting.... Hopefully with the current Vaccine info things will fall into place (it does make me feel much better) but hope all the entertainment/nighttime fireworks/restaurants/offerings will be back in Dec 2021.

There are apparently another 5 or more vaccines in the pipeline as well (some RNA based --- others more traditional) ... Since really the vaccines will likely be distributed first to emergency responders and medical personnel --- for most of us being early adopters isn't even possible..

So for Dec 2021 we've booked our next vacation..... By then many initial vaccinations should have occured. and we're hoping that the US is a little less scary by then --- but still have some major worriies since there is no sign anything is going to change... What are other Canadian's plans...
