We just had one pop back up during our trip last week. We went to the concierge at BCV to get it taken care of, we almost got charged the fee as I didn't see it until the same day.

You could add the ticket to MDE to make the FP+ selections. The at the guest relations add the 5th day to the park hopper and prioritize so that ticket is used. The 1 day ticket would just remain on her MDE profile.

Bell services will put the perishable items in their refrigerator. You can either call bell services to pick up in your room or taking them down to the desk if you choose.

We love it. The service is hit or miss, but never had an issue with the food. We were able to get a ADR at the last minute about 2 days before. It is possible, but if you want it, I would try to make it at the 180 day mark.
