Had a fairly long physical today so stopped at a hospital takeout cafe and got some shrimp gyoza on the way out. Added some shredded cabbage and julienned carrots under them and heated em in the microwave for dinner. Decent eats.

Been hearing about this and that kind of bowl dish for donkey years but never made or ate one before. Today I made a salmon vinegared rice bowl with avocado, julienned cukes and coleslaw: simple and yummy too! Bought some elderflower syrup, added some lemonade and seltzer for a refreshing drink.
