Aulani actually has beach wheelchairs that you can borrow for free. They're specially made to be able to roll in be sand easily.

How does the whole renting points thing work? I currently have reservations for October through Disney directly but wouldn't mind saving money. I went in October of last year also through Disney, I have booked a standard room, the cheapest one, but was upgraded at check in to ocean view.

It's more of a storytelling, how the island came about and the story of Maui vs the sun. The employees are wonderful, such sweethearts and make you feel very welcome. The food is delicious. I have a video with a lot more on it but haven't uploaded it to my computer.
