I'm jealous! Have fun!!

I've been loving the TSL livestream coverage today! I'm currently watching Resort TV1. Anyone else watching some good coverage and living vicariously? I must have the Disney bug bad, I mentally planned a whole trip yesterday!

Anyone else doing the Magic Key event? Off to get me some flying keys (it feels very Harry Potter book 1, but don't tell Disney I said so :earboy2:)

Goofy definitely is in character and great for interaction with the kids. We really enjoyed Goofy at Chef Mickey's and Epcot Character Spot. Both were really great!! I think Goofy is my spirit animal :goofy:

We just got back from our 1st Disney trip. It was not perfect, but a great time! I am not surprised that I am feeling some sadness and blues about it all being over. I have spent almost 2 years planning for this trip, and now it's all over. Any good tips for getting through the post-trip blues...

Any tips on getting connecting rooms for a reservation. We have 2 RR with River View and are taking the in-laws, so putting adults in 1 room and the 3 kids in the other for naps would be ideal. Thanks. We're only 2 weeks away from our 1st Disney vacation and enjoying POR!! :mickeyjum

I may be pretty behind on this, but did anyone notice 2 things that changed recently. MK will be open at 8am now some days in October. RoL will be everyday starting halfway through October. I was able to get an 8am 7DMT FPP today!! And make some other adjustments. I think I may be more...

I've also found success with a powered up Goofy. He's pretty good a keeping the board movin!

I appreciate everyone sharing. I'm also a little worried about the grandparents and my wife and I. 7 people all being toddlers, when only 1 really is could be a bit of nightmare...and not the kind you go to MNSSHP to sand in line for.

So we are doing a 1st family trip and bringing grandparents along. My concern is that our kids (7, 5, 3) may not be able to handle being up for the party and staying through fireworks. The current plan is no park for party day and laying low until 4pm. We have a BOG breakfast the following day...

1st time Disney trip coming up in October and getting very excited! Any thoughts on getting a FPP for the new Mission: Space-Green? My understanding is that it was not needed previously, but am wondering if with the new change it would help. Would it be better to get Turtle Talk with Crush or...

This is our 1st trip, so ADR's and FPP's have been a new adventure. Both went really well. :thumbsup2 I have 1 elusive ADR (dinner at BOG) that may require throwing a virgin into a volcano. And 1 FPP that I'd like to move earlier in the day. Otherwise it's been great!!

Thanks. We are going for our 1st trip and will be there 6 days in October. Nothing like the awkward walk to ruin a good trip.
