Waited about 20 minutes for FOP with a FP last week. Sure was a whole lot better then the looks of that standby line.

Here now and the OP is spot on. Prior trips I haven’t had any trouble with the reservations being on time. This trip, with the exception of Jiko and BOG dinner, we’ve been seated 20-25 minutes past our reservation time.

Last trip we took in May I was completely awed by the kindness of a CM at POR. We had to go to the front desk for an issue during the course of the week, and while speaking to who I assume was one of the managers, we mentioned in passing that our DD4 had lost a rubber snake she had bought at AK...

Really sad to see this show come to an end. It was a family favorite of ours. I was even lucky enough to get chosen to go on stage a couple years ago to take the pictures of the giant hawk flying at my head. Hopefully the new show will be as fun and interactive.

Does anyone have any tips or secrets for getting a higher score in these games? I’m consistently losing to my DW at both of these, and next week when we go back to WDW I’m determined to finally win lol. So what do I need to do to be able to get a higher score?

Only 4 days away! Trying to finish up as much as I can today since I have to work the next 3 nights. DW and I started packing the suitcase today as well. This long awaited and talked about trip is finally starting to feel real!

No, it’s not too late to eat. Just my personal preference though, in the middle of June I would try for an earlier dinner (5ish) while the sun is still up and scorching hot. It’s a nice break from the heat. But if 8:50 is the only time you can get for BOG dinner, I certainly wouldn’t pass on it.

Thanks for checking back in and giving us the update. Sounds like it’s important to plan FP’s well in advance for some of the major attractions, but that the ADR’s aren’t as important. I’m glad it all went well for you and that you had a great trip.

Like you said, it's all personal preference. Just look at the itinerary for the party and see what kind of things you may miss by being at BOG for at least an hour, and determine whether or not they're worth missing to you. And keep looking for pre-party ADR's for BOG. I had been looking for one...

Yes!!! Wasn’t even on my list of things to try this past time at F&G, but happened to pick one up anyway. Then I got a second one...and so on lol. Probably one of my favorite items at F&G.

Just had success getting a BOG dinner for 12/14 using Reservation Finder. It took several months, but it finally paid off.

Finally after 6 months of trying and 1 week before our trip, we got a reservation for BOG dinner! At least we no longer have to worry about Tony’s or Diamond Horseshoe...at least not for this trip.

Rain can be a blessing in disguise. I say pack the ponchos and enjoy the shorter lines.

Looking like a little “cool down” for our week, though still warmer than it will be here in Upstate SC. Also a slight chance of rain that Monday night into Tuesday...though the forecast will change at least a dozen times before then.
