For points - the Jambo House value rooms are the best point value compared to all the other resorts. They are very difficult to get unless you have home resort priority. Not only that they are near the Lobby of Jambo House versus farther down the long hallways.

I do not see that there will be a drop at BLT or GFV. It will all depend on the points charts. Right now there is no points chart for the 1 or 2 bedroom at Poly. BLT (depending on the view) is one of the lowest points on one on the monorail loop. Also there is supposed to be hard refresh coming...

Pod Studios will be like tower studios at Riveria. They will be very difficult to book because, they take the least amount of points and there are not that many of them.

Now there are some weeks worth more points if a guaranteed or favorite week is purchased through Disney. Your 118 points back (week 47) then is now worth 140 points.

That would work, but you would also have to think - is October the only month you will go? With the October use year, points have to be banked by May 31 if you know you are not going to use it. The question is will you travel between May 31 and October 1 at all?

There is a Copper Creek - Favorite Week / Fixed Week 52 on one of the resale sites. Not mine. It has an odd number of points. Definitely worth the price.

Between the two, Whispering Canyon. It gives more flexibility on the menu so you do not have to order "all you can eat".

Paddock Pool is in the Paddock section, not Springs. Congress Park and Springs are the preferred sections.
