Add me to the list of @DopeyBadger plans for my past races. This year, I've been out for almost 3 months now with a disc issue. Haven't ran a step in 2 months. I'm in full recovery mode but it's taking forever. I assume I will need to run comfortably for a month before I get a Goofy training...

Happy eclipse day to all who celebrate! We are in the path of totality, so today has some excitement keeping me from completely stressing about tomorrow's registration. But as soon as that moon has moved on out of here, I will continue my overthinking.

I didn't realize the course doesn't even go through BB! I was there in 2020 and the parking lot was annoying then, but at least we saw some fake snow in BB to make me feel like it wasn't so **** hot outside.

Wishing I was club rD today! But instead I just booked our room for MW - first time at POFQ for us! I keep hearing how it's a good one for run weekends. Now I only have to spend the next week stressing about getting DH and I registered for Goofy!
