They have a form at guest services and all adults not rooming with the child that want to disembark with them need to sign it. We did this the first night and had no issues. Also, if sending a child not in your room to the kids club have the adult in their room give permission to pick them up.

Update, so I phoned and after 2 failed call attempts due to tantruming toddlers and a total of 3 hours wait time I finally got through and the amazing cm was able to get us an MK park reservation!!!!!
