We have an upcoming trip and one day we are doing EMM at TSL. We were debating using the Minnie Vans vs bus transportation. We have two kids who are still in car seats. I know they have car seats in the vans but do they arrive with them already installed or is that something we do once they come to pick us up

I think it may depend on the previous occupants. When we used one last year it had the car seats installed and the driver had to place them in the cargo area. While waiting for our resort bus in November, we saw a Minnie van pick up a family and the driver had to get the car seats from the back and install them

Thanks for the info. Can you reserve the mini van a few days before hand or do you reserve it the day of through the Lyft app? We are trying to figure out what might be best for early morning transportation the vans or buses
We have used mini Vans about 5 times now, each time they installed the car seat on arrival and uninstalled them after dropping us off.
We haven't been able to reserve them in advance except for airport or port transfers.
One little warning/tip :
Don't completely trust their car seat installation, the last ride we took I trusted them to install it correctly as everyone else had, I didn't notice until we were dropped off that the reason my daughter didn't settle is because it wasn't leveled at ALL, clearly out of range and maxed out to one side on the car seat leveler...I should have noticed but we were in a rush.

I think a driver told me once they’re supposed to take car seats out and store them after every trip before moving on to the next call. I’ve always had them arrive uninstalled. YMMV.
You can’t reserve Minnie Vans in advance - it’s an ‘on demand’ setup where you hail one via the Lyft app when you are ready for pickup.
Mears offers a reserved time car service that some people use for super early transportation. Many people on the DHS EMM thread (an event which has a very early time) report having good experiences using them, and I believe they have car seats as well.
