Day 5, October 25, 2017 - MK Afternoon

After the parade we had some FPs to use! First was Pirates! I had no clue where the ride photo was so we are looking all over the place LOL



After that we had a FP for Big Thunder Mountain!





We then decided to see another family favorite, the Country Bear Jamboree!







When we got out, the Hoedown was going on which was fun to watch for a little!







We then decided to make our way over to Tomorrowland. Of course we had to stop and admire the view first!











We took a quick little detour and stopped for some PP pics in front of the castle as well!







And since it was on the way I had to make another stop at the purple wall!





Up next...We make it to Tomorrowland!​

Hi everyone! I'm here with another Disney World TR! If you have read any of my past TRs, then welcome back! And if not, then hello and I'm so happy to have you!

This trip was so magical and I can't wait to share with you all!

Who: Myself, Mom & Dad
What: A trip to Disney!
Where: 7 nights at All-Star Music
When: October 21st to 28th
Why: It had been 3 years since all 3 of us had been to Disney together. We had some rough times this past year and a half and we were due for some family fun! This would also be a belated birthday celebration for myself as well as my parent's 35th wedding anniversary, which fell on one of the days we were there! It had been 4 years since we last attended MNSSHP and were so excited to be able to go again! And of course looking forward to our favorite- Food & Wine!
How: Flying with Southwest for the first time!

I just started reading your TR and am loving it so far, have always been a lurker in the past and finally decided to make myself a disaccount since i am going in June. I have to know, where did you get your castle necklace? it is so cute!

I always forget about the Frontierland Hoedown! It looks like fun, but something we have never stumbled upon. I always read about it in TRs and think...We need to try to catch that one next time! lol

An old classic! I'll have to rewatch this at some point. I watched it a lot as a kid but not so much as an adult.

It's funny as a family we always seem to stumble upon the Splash characters in one way or another! This will not be the last time we saw them either!

I am surprised they still have this. No one seems to know it is there.

Aww thanks for commenting, I'm glad you took the leap and joined the boards! How is the planning going for your June trip?

I got the necklace in the parks on my November 2016 trip! I had originally seen it at a gift shop in the Contemporary and spent the whole rest of the trip trying to find it until my last day where I found it at Hollywood Studios! The shop Disney parks app is great for trying to find items in the parks!

Day 5, October 25, 2017 - Tomorrowland!

When we got to Tomorrowland we decided to do Carousel of Progress first.





I don't know if this is a wall, but I decided to make it so



Carousel of Progress will always be special to me, it's one of the rides I have such strong memories of when I went as a kid!









After that we rode the Peoplemover, which did not have as long of a line as our first day!







We then wandered out of Tomorrowland, stopping for of course more PP pics!
