Disney's Club Level (CL) Information & Questions

Just back from Poly Club! It was so wonderful. Truly wonderful. We had all those bath products as well.

I thought the service was excellent, and I'd say better then our experience at GF SL 2 years ago. I don't know if that is because of general concierge changes or just a difference at resorts. I never received a room text, so when we arrived at 8 pm I went to the front desk at the Poly. At that point, the person helping me left and went and got someone then she escorted us to Hawaii. (normally a manager does it, but he had left for the day). At that point, we got to sit in the lobby and a CM went over everything and gave us our paperwork. At that point, I asked about food for my youngest who has severe food allergies. (dairy, eggs, sesame, peanut and tree nuts). We were told that we would have a notation on our account and he could order anything he wanted from private dining! I got to talk to a chef and then had a standard waffle order every morning at 7:45 am.

Poly has 3 cm desks in the lobby and SL has 1. It was a nice set up.

We received a big box of cookies in our room on our arrival and the kids received shovels, buckets, and a coloring book. Our arrival night we grabbed dinner in Capt Hooks and watched the fireworks in the concierge lounge.

I thought the CMs in the lounge were wonderful. They kept on asking if we needed anything and would fill up water bottles for us which was great.

I really liked walking to the TTC. Surprisingly we tended to do boats to and from the MK more often which makes me think maybe next time we could do the Wilderness lounge.

The saddest part of the whole trip is that it is over. We also don't have another trip planned. I'm in negotiation with my husband. I was pushing for 2 years, he's pushing for 5. We will have to see....

I had issues with MDE so kept on going down to the CMs in the lobby to make changes the night before.

Oh, one other thing I loved is that every night we got a piece of paper with the list of activities for the next day. The GM did leave a message at some point asking if we had any questions.

All and all a great trip.
I'm so glad you had a nice trip! Also, that is so wonderful they worked with you for your sons allergies.

Can you ask for bottled beer during the day? Is Poly's beer fridge available all day? Any other CL beer fridges? My husband will want a few beers during the day by the pool. TIA!

The Poly beer fridge gets stocked around 11-noon. You can ask for a beer starting when they open at 7AM, if so inclined. We promise not to judge.

To my knowledge, no other CLs currently keep a beer fridge stocked like that during the day, but it’s always available upon request.

Beer makes an appearance during evening apps at other CLs, some self-serve, some CM served.

Allot of that going around this week! We have family members that just received a free upgrade yesterday from a standard BWI room to a CL room. They are so excited as they have never stayed CL before! So happy for you guys and hope you have a great trip!!
That's awesome! That's how we first got "hooked" on CL. I hope they clear some time in their schedule for some evening apps - they were fantastic last night!

I posted last week that I might need to cancel my family's trip due to my dad's hospitalization. Up until the night before the trip we considered cancelling as there were a lot of ups and downs, but my siblings encouraged us to go since recovery will take some time and we'll all have some unavailable weeks.

Anyway, we're having a wonderful trip - and we checked into our standard CL room at the Boardwalk yesterday and found ourselves upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite! pixiedust:

It's so beautiful! I can't wait to share pictures!

ETA: The only downside is that everyne loves the room so much no one wants to go anywhere! Trying to motivate to head to MK but everyone is too busy lounging around!
What a spectacular treat. You deserve it after all the reschedules, injuries and illness! Hope you have an amazing time. Can’t wait to see your pictures.

Glad your dad has had some ups too.

Hi, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Just sipping my Nespresso while overlooking the lobby and the lake here in the CL lounge. I asked the CL CM about the king size bed. There is only one room with a king size bed, room 7062 which is only three doors down from the lounge not far from our room, you would be woods view and would probably see the fireworks from that room. The ceiling mirror and stripper pole would be an extra charge;)

For wine they have red, white and the bottles have corks. Just kidding. We are not really drinkers but here is the following list: Michelle brut, sparkling wine, Chateau St. Michelle, Riesling, Millbrandt traditions, Chardonnay, Millbrandt traditions, Cabernet Sauvignon, Wild Hills, Pinot Noir. I could type out the descriptions but then you would have to use the stripper pole for me as payment.

For breakfast the only hot item is the oatmeal, we have been here five nights. But they mix up the meats offered each morning, rotating turkey, ham, and prosciutto type meats. They vary muffins, this morning blueberry, alternate the croissants between plain and multigrain.

Dinner offerings have varied each night, last night a shrimp pasta, a cute chicken vinaigrette in a small mason jar. They have had Shepherds pie, and roasted chicken with vegetables (sort of a stir fry). Desserts have varied, last night a nice smore which is in a small mason jar with marshmallow cream on top, chocolate in the middle and then a graham cracker flavored mousse at the bottom. They have had a lemon curd also which as delicious. The cupcakes have varied, with wild berry last night and blood orange the other night. They usually have one warm dessert, last night was an apple cobbler and another night it was a berry cobbler.

Very much have enjoyed the stay. We are going to BC CL today, will not check in until the evening as we are going to Universal today.

Haha! You've got jokes @no one! Although perhaps you should see someone to talk about this stripper pole obsession :P:rotfl:.Thx for the great overview, that was really informative. Glad to hear that a king bed is a possibility and it has a good view! Sounds like you had a great stay.

I need some advice. My husband and I are going to be going to be going to Disney in October 2019. We will spend the first week offsite but are considering spending one or two nights onsite at a deluxe CL. We are willing to splurge a bit as we will be celebrating our 30th anniversary. I would prefer either a Magic Kingdom resort or an Epcot resort.
Which CL is the nicest? Best to celebrate at? If we can manage it I’m going to try and get an ADR at V&A.

You could ask this question and probably get a different answer from everyone. I would say as a whole GF RPC is considered the "best" club level but it has an insane price tag to match. For view poly or CR are hard to beat. Food wise, BWI gets a lot of love. So really it just depends on what is your budget and what's important to you. Good news is that, you can't really go wrong with any of them.

I've been lurking in this thread for awhile, so I decided to make a post. My husband and I are going to be staying Atrium CL at the CR from November 1st-8th with the Friends and Family discount. Booked in January and received a call from DSS on Saturday. I've been spending tons of time making plans so I'm hoping the CL extra FP test sticks around until then!

Just wanted to share an experience with Disney Signature Service. We decided last week to split our stay in July. We had originally booked BCV for 2+ weeks, but decided to switch to Poly CL for the first 9 nights. I booked the Poly CL on Tuesday, 4/10. Wednesday morning, 4/11, I received a call from DSS. Unfortunately I was teaching at the time and couldn't answer. They left a very nice message. I decided to take them up on their offer to answer any questions we had or help book ADRs or FPs. I emailed DSS last night, 4/16, and received a reply today, 4/17, with all my questions answered as well as a BOG lunch ADR that I had been unsuccessful in securing myself. I was quite impressed.

This is our 4th time staying CL and each time we have received an email (never a call!), but have never used their services because it's usually a last minute change and I have all ADRs and FPs booked by then.

And on that note, I would love to see any July 3rd or 4th pictures of the Poly CL lounge or the crowds at the beach/pool.

So, WL CL, am I understanding correctly that if I want to be on same floor as lounge I need to request 7th floor because you could be on any floor? Does anyone know if their are many bunk beds on that floor for CL? Also, are stairs available vs taking the elevator every time? What would you request? And finally, instead of calling central reservations, I'm guessing I could just email this DSS and ask them to do it?

There are 12 Deluxe rooms on floors 1-6 that also have Club Level access. The regular CL rooms are all on the 7th floor with the lounge and the Yosemite Suite. Yes, you can email DSS with your room request(s).

Note: there are only about 28 rooms on the 7th floor and even fewer rooms that have Bunk Beds. While rooms with Bunk Beds are a bookable category for regular rooms, there is not guarantee that you will be able to get Bunk Beds on the CL since it it only a request.

Welcome out of lurkdom! Hope you enjoy Atrium. I have a real soft spot for CR and Atrium Club in my travel heart. I would stay there more if I could.

Too bad you’re smack dab in between MNSSHP and MVMCP - the party fireworks viewing from CR is pretty cool.

Happy planning!
