When were you left underwhelmed by something at Disney?

CRT breakfast, hands down. Such a huge disappointment and even my two princess-loving girls were bored.

Mission Space was not at all enjoyable to any of us, and we're all huge space geeks and thrill ride lovers.

Trattoria al Forno was hands down the worst meal I've ever had at any WDW restaurant, by far.

I think Rivers of Light would be at the top of my list. It was suppose to have debuted about a month before one of our trips, then got pushed back and pushed back. We finally saw it this past May and I couldn’t for the life of me understand what all the hype was about. Easily the worst WDW nighttime show IMO.

Other honorable mentions:

Dole Whip
Akershus lunch

Toy Story Midway Mania. Waited 90 minutes because I had been convinced it was a 'Must Do'. The queue was amazing but the actual ride felt lazy and un-immersive.

CRT for sure. My 4 year old granddaughter was standing by her chair and Cinderella walked by her. Cinderella bumped into her pretty hard and my granddaughter hit her head on the chair. Cinderella saw it and stopped looked at my granddaughter crying and walked off. I know it was an accident but try explaining to a 4 yo why Cinderella didn't say she was sorry or see if she was alright.

The food was cold, the interaction was meh and we were rushed out of there. We think Akershus princess breakfast is much better.

Wow. Everyone in my party LOVED our breakfast at Trattoria al Forno.

I was underwhelmed by festival of lion King. Not something I need to see again. Lol Best part, my DD11 getting picked to march in the line.

That's AWFUL!!!! The least she could've done was apologize. Gracious.

We had reservations for Akershus, but dropped it once we got Trattoria Al Forno. We LOVED our time at CRT though.

After we rode each FP+ ride, we evaluated whether we would be willing to wait more than an hour for it, everytime it was no. Well maybe Laugh Floor. We LOVED that. I liked TSMM, but I wouldn't do it without a FP.

Rivers of Light and Happily Ever After, our past two trips. RoL was nice to look at, but not at all worth the wait for the show. It WAS cold that night, so i may give it another shot in warmer weather. We thought HEA was only OK. We were huge Wishes fans, and just don't get the same emotional response from HEA. Upside if that MK nighttime is no longer a "plan the trip around how many nights we can get to MK" situation.

We didn't really love Flight of passage either. Technically and visually stunning, but not something we actually enjoyed enough that we would go out of our way to do again any time soon.

Tusker House character breakfast was very underwhelming. I felt the characters were rushed and we missed Donald. He walked by our table several times and never stopped. It took forever to get our meal paid for too.

Also, the 1900 Park Fare character dinner ended up disappointing. Cinderella and Prince Charming stopped and just said a one word greeting only to our kids. I felt a bit slighted by it because I have boys and I noticed they spent way more time interacting at the tables near us with little girls. It was disappointing to me because my 4 year old loved Cinderella but not anymore. :(

Crystal Palace/Hollywood and Vine Character breakfast, I know you're really paying for the character experience, which was fine.

Ragland Road Food
And the food at Cinderella's Royal Table.

I was underwhelmed by the food offered at Tusker House breakfast, with the exception of Janga Juice, but our experience was enjoyable though.

We generally love everything at WDW, but this past trip I had a huge disappointment in The Yachtsman. I was looking forward to it so much and it was just so so from beginning to end. When we checked in we were told to wait outside on the first bench. I thought it was weird that we were told exactly which bench to sit on. Then the girl that came to get us never made eye contact and looked at the floor the entire time. Even when we were walking to the table she looked down so much she kept bumping into things.

Our server was okay but not super efficient considering we were his only table at first. DH and I both ordered the filet and they were not good. I sent mine back and the replacement was marginally better.

I left the dinner in tears because I had talked it up to DH so much and the steaks were barely edible. We expected so much more from a signature restaurant.

We also will never go back to Yachtsman even though so convenient to our BCV stays. Daughter hyped it up and we were very disappointed in everything....hostess, server, food, jammed in table. I think everything is so variable according to each individual visit.

Jungle Cruise. Maybe I’ve never had the right skipper but I don’t find this ride funny or charming, just run down, cramped and boring. Sorry!

We had the opportunity to get a Jungle cruise FP+. The day we were there though was SO rainy and COLD that we couldn't stomach voluntarily going on water. Lol And the description didn't sound the best. So we just skipped.

For us, the new Disney Springs. It was confusing and we live a mile from a large outdoor shopping center that has all those same stores. Winding through all that to get to the Disney themed stores was frustrating, although- in full disclosure, I was very hangry! We said we won’t likely go back next time.

'Ohana! It was AWFUL! Everyone I tell says they had great food but nope...worst meal we had. Even the server was not that great, however, we could have caught her on an off night so...but the food...ugh. Never again. A cast member actually wasn't too surprised and recommended Kona Cafe instead. Was a real shame cause it was so hyped and it was our first night.
Also, Sci-Fi diner. It was bland and over cooked. It's cute but not worth my time again. For the most part MGM (sorry...HS). It was cute in 2014 but we barely spent a day and it was more than enough. I know they are doing a lot so I can't wait for it to be completed.
Also Downtown Disney. Again, they've done a lot since 2014 but meh. I'd rather spend my time in AK and Epcot to see what we missed.
Ride wise...maybe test track. It was okay but meh. Don't feel the need to do it again (and we did it twice).
I LOVED Biergarten BUT the wait was too long for having reservations. I think we had to wait over an HOUR. If we had known that we would have had a later snack cause we were so hangry by the time we got in that I ended up not eating much. My friend ate so much she almost got sick!
