oh, please ...not a fifth time....let this contract..the 4th one pass... I have a week booked at AKV club for my wedding anniversary now I just need a BW contract and I'll be all set.
Of the 4 contracts I was considering this was the one I thought might pass. I opted out of a 200 pt BW contract with Feb UY with 209-2016 pts @ $89 pp. because it was an even # of points.
The contracts that were taken were ..200 pts, 150 pts, 150 pts. This contract is 170 pts and is in the mid price range of contracts that are being offered at this time.
There are quite a few contracts out there with double points.
I was tempted by a BCV one and almost went for it by dh wants BW....he likes the BW view and since we go in January or early spring we rarely use the resort pools...being from Texas it's just not pool weather for us.

The waiting is the hardest part but the next few weeks will be easier as I am having one of our bathrooms completely redone so I will be too busy dealing with the plumber..choosing tile and fixtures to keep checking my emails.

if @gr8tdame does not pass ROFR -- then she should just go ahead and apply for a job at DVC -- or at least ask for a cut of the proceeds from all the brokers she's helped out.
