ZVY Hopper, Waterparks, etc. ticket question

We used the ZVY code and converted our 6 day tickets base tickets to hopping, waterparks and more.

I wonder if I could make these 10 day tickets and non expire so that we'd have 4 days left with this code that we could use later next summer when we're staying in a condo with family. In other words make the code work for me twice. Does disney allow that?

The difference in 6 day hoppers, water parks and more and a 10 day version that won't expire is $562.00. The cost of 4 day hoppers with waterparks and more that we'd buy next summer is $887.00 so it would save me $325.00 on those tickets.

Am I making sense?

Yes, you can do that. I upgraded mine to a 10-day (even though we are only there 5 days) with a non-expiry.

Look at the stickey in this forum: Everything about WDW Tickets. There is a whole page related to upgrades. Note that once you have the ticket in hand and have used at least one entry, the "value" of the ticket is the "Current Gate Price" and not what you actually paid for it.

What you want to do makes perfect sense...

... provided that on your next vacation you don't need to buy another ticket because the ticket you upgraded ran out too soon.

After the code benefits are applied and you get the ticket, it is not a ZVY ticket but rather is a plain old MYW (magic your way) ticket.
