When and Where to Upgrade?

We have 3 day/2 park tickets and want to upgrade one to a Seasonal Pass. We arrive on a Monday and aren't planning on going to a park until Tuesday. Is there somewhere outside of a park to do this? Is there a benefit to using the ticket first? We have a passholder rate for our hotel so not sure when we would have to show the pass. I think we'd feel better having it in hand when we check in. Thanks again for any help and information.

You can try upgrading at the hotel. If not, upgrade at Guest Services inside the park. You don't need to show your pass at check-in. If they ask for it, just tell them you are upgrading and will show your pass later. There is also a Guest Services at Citywalk.
