I think it all sounds wonderful! Lots and Lots of food!!!! (make sure it is not too much!!!)
From past experience I have found it is extremely hard to use a snack credit at Beaches and Cream and after the Cape May Cafe you probably won't want to.
Also I would have to go with Les Chefs de France, although I do like Tutto Italia, Les Chefs is a little different and a more cultural experience and the food is pretty good too!
