Upgrading Tickets to AP (Sorry wrong board!)

Would one be able to upgrade the free kids tickets now available with the purchase of an adult 2park/5 day pass to an AP for the $ difference between the two? Would it be possible to upgrade the kids ticket to an over 9 person's? Just wondering if you decided to upgrade what the options might be.
