Unable to Choose "Disney Transfers" on Check-In Page?

We are sailing on Sept 5th on the Fantasy Western. When I checked in May 8, I chose "Private Transfers" on the transportation portion of the check in page. Since then, we changed our minds and decided to take the Disney bus at the airport Hyatt to and from the port.

I contacted my TA and she set it up, DCL charged us for it, and we have received a confirmation email for the Disney transfer. But when I try to edit the transportation page on the online check in, it won't allow me to choose "Disney Transfers."

My question is, how important is that and should I worry about not having transportation?

Grammie, it should show up when you "open" up your reservation on the DCL website. Go to the "Planning Center" and click on "My Reservations". Input your rez# and DOB, click on "Reservation Summary" in the upper left, then "Air, Ground & Hotel Info". If you scroll down after opening this last link you should see your transfers but they do not stand out. It will say something like, "Airport to Port" and vice versa.

I was unable to add my transfers online as well because I booked through a DCL specialist. I just called last night and had them add the part of the transfers I wanted, in my case Port of Vancouver to the YVR airport. Hopefully you will be able to see them with my loooong instructions. :rolleyes1

The other option is to click on your Custom PreArrival Guide, click "print" and it will pull up and you can scroll all the way through until the part about transportation options chosen including your air info if it has been added by your TA.
 
That spot looks like you should be able to do something with it, but you can't. Gotta call 'em.
 
Thanks, y'all! I did try finding it online like you said, Southergirl, but still couldn't. I think the concensus seems to be call and double check, which I will do in the morning! Thanks so much!!
 
Had this same exact problem! I called and paid, but it won't let me chose it. I'll be on my first cruise this Friday so I will let you know if all goes smooth as far as transfers :)
 
Just to be clear (because I'm not sure I was previously! :tilt: ), I still can't "choose" the option for transfers. But after I called DCL and added them, I can go in to my rez as described above and see that they are indeed added.

Exact same thing happened with me when we changed our mind and later purchased DCL transfers. I called to confirm and they are all set, but I still can't edit that online. I'm sure you're all set too but call for peace of mind. :)
 
Don't worry. This always happens to us and it's fine. We prefer to add the DCL transfers as late as possible. (Why pay at FPDD if we don't have to?)

I can't explain why it locks us out but it does. Your transfers will be coded onto your KTTW card by initials in the corner. A is for airport. P for port. AP if you booked round-trip. This is what CMs check to allow you to board the bus.
As long as your TA is certain the transfers were booked, and you're certain it was paid, it's all good. Enjoy your cruise!
 
I was never able to see our Disney Transfers online, but when I got our package in the mail with our luggage tags a few weeks before the cruise, it was confirmed in there.
 
Just heard back from my TA, and just as PP's have said, it will be indicated in the cruise document booklets we'll receive before the cruise. She encouraged us to bring the printed info with us just in case, but felt like everything should be fine.

And, like PP's said, there will be a code on our KTTW cards allowing us to board the bus on our way back to the airport.

So, once again proving...DISsers are such a wealth of knowledge!! I love reading and learning from this board!!
