Does anyone know if STK Orlando is on the DDP? Do you call direct for reservations?

It was in 2016. Presumably they'll renew.

Is it a signature restaurant?

It is 2 credits unless you are on the Platinum or Premium plan. It is signature. I would confirm though if the DDP includes sides. I have heard it does not so you would not get anything beyond just the protein even though it is 2 credits. The steaks and entrees here are served like a traditional steak houses with no side include so you get just the protein. At Yachtsman at least it includes sides.
