Staying at the Hard Rock for the first time - what do you love about the resort?

How is cabana bay as far as noise? I read some complaints about dockside being loud. I have never stayed at Universal. We always stay at wdw.

We had a pool view room in 2019, and found that noise to be distracting the first few nights. After that I think we just tuned it out. DD resorted to ear plugs, but she was in the bed closest to the window.

As for ambient hall noise, there was nothing noticeable on our end. but I do agree with Schumi, you can find noise anywhere.

The pool is really nice and I love the underwater music.

do you know if it is chlorine or salt water?

Can you walk to the parks & city walk? We are considering a trip here & we usually stay at wdw so I have no idea the proximity.

There’s a video of the walk on YouTube. It took us like 5 minutes and it’s along the water so a nice walk.
