Restaurant hours vs reservation times

We would like to book 'Ohana breakfast as our lunch. We know they serve from 7:30 - 12:00. Does that mean the last reservation time will be 12:00? Or will they cut reservations before then? TIA

Usually the last reservation time is about 5 minutes before the end of the window, so you could book an 11:55AM reservation for breakfast (if it is available) and take as long as you need to to enjoy it. (You may very well be seated after 12:00PM as well depending on how things are going!)
