I booked 6 nights at AKL in a Savannah View Room for May but I was so excited when I was booking I forgot to put in a request for a King Bed, is there a way I can do this?

Absolutely. Call the Reservations phone number and add the request to your reservation.

That I don't know. I've never seen individual email addresses for the resorts.

and it will regionalise and show you the phone numbers for your locality that will put you through without having to call internationally.

If I go there it shows me the UK numbers, and if I route my internet via Germany it shows me German numbers, so it should work for you with Aussie numbers..
