I downloaded maps of UO and IOA but I dont' see this new attraction on either map. Could somebody tell me in which park and where abouts this attraction is located?

No, it just gathers until public opening.

If crowds are light do the regular queue, even if you have express pass. It's fun and sort of creepy.
