Our next order of business was a Castle photo!

One I took while we waited our turn.

I really wish the lady in black had stepped aside, but it's a pretty great picture otherwise. BB totally looks like someone threw cold water on her?!? RR is posing it up and the whole thing makes me laugh.

And then it was time to party! Wasn't it nice of Mickey to throw a party for the girls' birthdays?

As the music started to play in the distance I spotted someone from the Dis it was katt789 and her friends doing the choreography I was confident I would see momentarily. I felt like I'd seen a celebrity!

And then Move it, Shake it, Celebrate it was happening!!

Baloo must have remembered RR from the hug they shared during the AK parade hug in March because he looked right at her and mimed "I love you" It was perfect!

Right away this wonderful young man took RR right under his wing and started teaching her the moves

She was getting down! I was so proud!

And then BB joined us and Goofy decided to give her a spin!

The last one is my favorite with overjoyed BB still spinning with Goofy in the foreground and RR getting a high fave from her dancer friend in the background.

Having re-fueled & danced our pants off it was time to get PRINCESS-Y!! We headed off to meet our favorite Celtic lass!

I've never met Merida in person, I love her little area. So fun! It took us a little while to see it because the line was pretty long, but shaded thank goodness. Once we were in Dunbroch the girls were almost to star struck to keep moving. I can't blame them she is stunning. After a few minutes of staring open mouthed like a pair of cod fish the girl chose autograph pages & they went off to color.

There were two men ahead of me in line & at some point they complimented our magic bands. I was pretty proud of my crafty-ness on those. I thanked them. I even thought for a fleeting second we had some new "line friends". Nope. They inched closer to the princess & started with the "She's a pretty good Merida, etc..." In front of their daughters. D. and I exchanged glances & frowns. Almost in unison we assured them that they were about to enter the presence of the actual princess Merida. It wasn't as bad as it could of been, our girls were still coloring, but they did NOT take a hint. They continued their commentary in front of Merida! Even when the CM's gently hinted to them, they just kept on trying to ruin the magic for anyone in ear shot.

And then we were up! BB LOVES Merida best (I gave her the Merida dress and doll from her intro picture for her birthday present this year) & RR is a big fan too she even got a Merida bow and arrow (suction cup) set for her birthday.

When BB handed Merida her book to autograph she said "Don't sign Mickey!" Her book was an encyclopedia of characters so Merida & Mickey are opposite pages. Her reactions still cracks me up!

Here she is saying "OOOOOOOHHHHH! I'm glad you said that because I might have! I quite liked Mickey."

And BB responded something like "Me too! He sang Happy Birthday to me!"

They chatted excitedly about things I can't remember at this point and then I prompted RR to tell Merida what she got for her birthday. RR wasn't getting it so I mimed a shooting an arrow & Merida got excited!

She asked RR "Did you get a bow & arrow? Did you? That's great! Shall we practice then?"

RR is taking these instructions so seriously.

I think she hit her target in that last one! My little archer I love it! So of course it was BB's turn to join all the archery fun! Merida warned our little archers to only shoot at targets. D laughed and added or bears! Merida said "Oh no! Not bears that could be me mum! Or me brothers!!" So I added just Mor'du then? And Merida agreed if the bear had one dead eye it would be ok.

And then we took some regular photos. Funny, I didn't mention it earlier, but D. had been worried I'd want to be in every character picture & we wouldn't have very many of the girls. LOL, is that one of the signs that you're Disney obsessed? Your friends have to check in about not jumping in all the character photos? I can't blame her for the thought, but I told her it's their birthday not mine. Honestly, at most of the more exciting meet & greets I was honored to have witnessed it & that was absolutely the case with Merida. Plus, the more pictures I sit out of the more pictures we have in the end between me, D & Memory Maker we had over 500 at the end of the trip.

Are those not two of the happiest girls you ever saw in your life?

I know it sounds cheesy, but our visit with Merida was truly a fairy tale!

Real Life Update!

My little princess is getting glasses!

As you can see she's not too thrilled trying on those frames. Does anybody know where I can get something like these Disney Princess frames?

When we left Merida we headed to our last FP, it was time to take a clam shell under the sea!

And they lived happily ever after!

We went over to the FP kiosk and grabbed our 4th FP for one of my favorites The Buzz Lightyear Ranger Spin! At that point D took BB down to city hall to get a pin number before our big dinner. RR and I went to bibbidi bobbidi boutique and checked in a little early. We let them know we were waiting on a princess and took a seat on the bench.

They gave us RR's invitation and the hair options to look at.

RR decided on the bottom one with the colorful hair extensions. While we waited we met a new friend!

Sir Tobias knight-in-training! He was silly. Riley tried to bring him a shield. D and BB joined us while we were chatting. D said it was a long line at city hall, but she had the pin number and the CM gave her vouchers for 4 Mickey Bars. A minute later the Fairy Godmother in Training was leading us back to a dressing room. I thought they'd ask for the dresses and lay them out and do the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo reveal, but I guess that's only if you buy a new dress (we brought our own).

With princess dresses on we headed back out to the bench. It was about 5min before they were ready for us. Unfortunately, they didn't have chairs next to each other so we took before pictures at RR's spot before we split up.

Even after all those long hot hours running around the park they look beautiful! I'm so glad we got before shots

RR's Fairy Godmother in Training was named Hannah and she was amazing! Here's the picture I posted to FB with the caption "It's happening!!"

And thus begins the part of the the trip where I was out of my mind with excitement. I knew the girls would love it, but I hadn't considered how many emotions I'd have. To be in a castle with fairy godmothers making little girls into princess is not an experience you can have anywhere else!

BBB is beautiful. All my pictures are a mix of mine and PP. They wander around snapping pictures the whole time! I was skeptical about that before hand but they got all the special moments and then some. Did I mention Memory Maker was worth every penny this trip?

Both girls chose pink nails. RR got two tone eyeshadow, pink and teal. I thought it looked great. They each got a little palette with eye shadows, blush and lip gloss to keep.

They called me your majesty the whole time, it was great! I think D. and I had as much fun as the girls did. Even Rapunzel on the backpack is excited! BB picked the tight high bun with the tiny tiara which ended up being much quicker than RR's pick.

We decided this stage in the hair do looked liked bear ears and discussed Merida's little brothers: Harris, Hubert and Hamish. Hannah was cracking me up! She told us this wonderful story about the Frozen characters going ice skating together and Sven getting stuck in a snow bank and having to be rescued! The adorable was off the charts.

When they finish the hair do they ask you to make a wish. They hold the wand over your head and say Bibbidi Bobbidi Boo and sprinkle you with pixie dust! They also give you a birthday princess sash and a new sparkly birthday button! You get a little pink back pack for your two bottles of nail polish and your little make up palette too. Once you make your wish they spin you around (eyes closed) towards the mirror for the big reveal!

BB was done so she and D. went off to catch a few minutes of FoF while they waited for us.

RR was a little bummed that her hairstyle didn't come with a tiara like BB's so I let her use her birthday money to buy an Elsa crown. A FGiT came by and asked if I'd like to pay now so we could leave when we were done. I told her we needed an Elsa crown first and she happily brought one. I paid our balance and double checked with D about tipping because Hannah was blowing my mind! She said tipping was allowed.

At this point RR and her godmother were singing a "Let it Go" duet!

The singing brought a new fairy godmother in training over to visit us, Sherri. RR was chatting Disney trivia with Hannah (the best) and Sheri. I told her Aurora was my favorite and Sherri said "She has the MOST fairy godmothers!" I'd never thought of that. Sherri asked RR if she knew Aurora's fairy godmothers names and with out missing a beat she replied "Flora, Fauna and Merriweather!" That impressed her to pieces! She gave RR every princess sticker she had left.

Now, Hannah had already explained that Ariel brings them the jellyfish gel they use and Tinkerbell stops by with pixie dust, but Sheri explained that they do all the princesses hair every morning. She said Cinderella had been in this very chair this morning! When Prince Charming came to tell her they were running late she rushed off without her shoe! She does that from time to time. So, the FGiTs searched high and low and found that slipper under the couch. They put it by the register for safe keeping until Cinderella could come back. Well wouldn't you know it, Tink saw that glass slipper and shrunk it down to fairy size and hid it in the boutique! What a trickster!

I adore this picture of her putting the crown on. It really sums up why it was so magical. She is putting that plastic beaded thing on like it is a priceless piece of the royal jewels. Remembering it makes me tear up! So much magic.

Bear in mind she'd been sitting a long time before her reveal and we were getting pretty hungry at this point. I promise she loved her make over.

Big hugs (and a nice tip) for our wonderful, amazing, best ever Fairy Godmother in Training Hannah! Hannah insisted on taking a picture of us too.

Castle Couture is adorable! RR and I we're greeted by offers of pixie dust, but we were all set. So, I asked where we should go for pictures. We headed over to the little photo area and I promised RR could pick something out in the store with the rest of her birthday money when we were done.

I loved the Cinderella decor!

There was only one family ahead of us in line so before I could take to many pictures RR was up!

After RR's photo shoot we wandered around for a bit looking for a small souvenir. She picked out a snow globe with the princesses in it. I texted D and BB while we were shopping and looked up to see them entering the store. They hopped in the photo line while we checked out.

When we joined them the photo line was longer, but instead of taking pictures we chatted about FoF which they've seen twice and RR have never seen. The PP was super excited that we were back with our "other princess". We did some shots of the girls together first.

Aren't they adorable?!? I just can't handle the cuteness!!

While BB did her session RR and I were chatting with a CM who asked RR if Frozen was her favorite movie since she was dressed as Elsa. She said it was and asked which movie he liked? He said Princess and the Frog. RR got super excited! She told him she liked that one too. He told her his favorite was when Ray got to be with Evangeline (Squeal! I love that too!). Then RR told him she liked it when they try to catch the fly and their tongues get tangled together! It was a thoroughly entertaining conversation to witness.

Next up, dinner in the castle!!

Time for our Royal dinner! Well not quite time...but we checked in early. It was my bad BBB was 2:10 and CRT was 4:20, but I had it in my head that they were both at 10 after so we were early. We plopped our hungry, tired selves down on an open bench to wait.

Poor hungry princesses! How do hungry princesses kill time before their royal dinner? Why dancing of course!

And just like that RR was over waiting and she slumped down on the ground and I took this great angry Elsa shot.

And just in the nick of time Cinderella was ready for us! We were so grateful to be in the air conditioning and drink some ice water (they had a water station just inside the door). The day was starting to wear on us at this point. A CM offered me a seat on a cushy bench while she parked my wheelchair out of the way. The girls started getting their second wind in line. The same CM took my camera from me so I could stay on the bench.

After a picture with our royal host it was time to go upstairs! RR and D opted to climb the stairs while BB and I took the elevator. That's when it dawned on me. I may have even cried a little! I was in the castle! I was overwhelmed!

When the elevator doors opened we were led to a table near by. It was a small dining room and the table next to us was very close, but it was beautiful in there. On the other side of the room large stained glass windows over looked Disney World, oh my heart.

Even the menu was pretty!
