I'm willing to spend a little bit to not have the stress of finding a good spot, is this one worth it? (may be our one and only DL visit)

Plus I'm terrible at google-ing, what is the cost on this?

Thank you!!!

Oh and did I read this is a good spot to view fireworks over Small World too?

Also I would imagine it's a great firework viewing area as we have watched them numerous times and much of the fireworks and all the projections are done over IASW.
Just make sure to turn around to watch the Matterhorn during the "nemo" scene and when Tinkerbell flies at the start :)

I liked it. The lunch location was nice and quiet and the servers were awesome. The food was no worse than anything else in the park and better than a lot of the quick / fried food.

The viewing location was good for the parade, although I would recommend getting there early. We aimed to arrived 30 minutes early, but it took some time to find the right location and it was a bit crowded by the time we got there. We still had a good view of the parade from the first tiered landing.

I'm not sure about the fireworks as they were cancelled on the night that we viewed the parade and we didn't watch them on our second day in Disneyland (if they were on, they may have been cancelled again as I don't remember seeing / hearing them in the background).

DLR Prep School has done a comprehensive review of this and she's done it numerous times and recommends it search for her on fb and read her review
