Hi everybody!
My best friend has always wanted to go to Disney and I told her we could do it (and afford it). I've been doing alot of reading and research and have some questions.

She just got her vacation schedule and we can go Oct 29 - Nov 5. What's the weather like then? I know it's not "value season" but would it be more crowded? I was there in early December 2000.

Also BF's birthday is Nov. 1. Can they do anything special. She will be 34 (don't tell her I told) and is a Pooh fan. :flower:

Is there a Pooh character meal?

We will be 2 crazy adults with 5 children ages 6-12. Wish us luck! :earsboy:

Sounds like lots of fun! Post your questions on the boards and you will get lots of answers! Welcome :wave2:

Best double-check on the Crystal Palace character meals. I thought I had read recently that they no longer have the Pooh characters there. However, if they still do, I would choose that one above all others. It has always been our favorite one. The restaurant is beautiful and quaint and in a great location. We have done both breakfast and lunch there and enjoyed it thoroughly.

We've been to WDW four times. We have gone the first week of November several times and it is not that crowded or hot. Have a great time!

Welcome to the DIS

Breakfast at Crystal Palace with Pooh in the MK sounds perfect, that is what I am doing on my birthday.

I hope that Crystal Palace still has Pooh character breakfasts. I made a PS for my trip based on that! I'll cry if this is the case...boo hoo. :sad1:

Rest assured that they DO have Pooh breakfast's!!!!
You will not be disappointed. The characters will come around a couple times depending on the season and you can dance with them around the resturaunt. :flower: :cool1:

Welcome to DIS! There's lots of helpful information here, & I hope you have a great trip when you go. :earsgirl:

Thank you everyone!! I so hope that we can get in to see Pooh at the Crystal Palace, that would just totally make her birthday. We are staying onsite at Pop, which I have always stayed off so that's exciting for me, and we are doing the Disney Dining. I'm trying to make this totally non stress. Husbands have decided for sure not to go. Sort of Boo Hoo, sort of not. but as for me--I'm sooo excited!

Welcome aboard. If it can be answered you will find it here. This place will help you so much. I checked and 1900 park fare does have pooh, but the dining specialist told me that they didn't have the other characters, that I should check the Crystal Palace.

Have a great day! :flower:
