Not Loading Express Beam at TTC

Currently at TTC - just left EPCOT and trying to close down MK. Went up the express beam line and they aren’t loading it - just unloading and sending it back to the MK. They have four monorails (red, yellow, and two others) on the beam, but they’re unloading only - funneling everyone else to the resort beam regardless of destination.

I’ve never seen this before - the park has an hour and a half before it closes. What gives?

There may have been a large number of Guests leaving after the fireworks. By neither loading at TTC nor unloading at MK, they cut a few minutes off the cycle time, increasing throughput between MK & TTC. The Resort beam is adequate to handle the relatively small number of Guests traveling to the MK.

It also allows them to reduce staffing at the stations.

Always to reduce staffing...gotta love it. I'm sure that is the main reason.
