I had to share this April Fools joke I played on my boss back in 2011. I told her I would bring egg sandwiches for lunch that day and this is what I gave her. The joke was on me though because I couldn't go to lunch until she had tried her sandwiches as I did have real ones to give her. She was late going to lunch so I had to wait and wait and wait.
My sister had played the same joke on her son a few years before.

I missed commenting on some days last week. On McHappy day I wore my special McDonald's socks but since it was no socks day I had to change it up and I wore 2 different socks. I did the same thing the next day on lost socks day.
I bought the yellow Birdie ones and the purple Grimace ones.
Since we had McDonalds on Wednesday I got to have my coke on that day as well.

I picked strawberries yesterday - in the store that is. I picked which container I was buying. I was lucky that the store did have greenhouse grown ( I guess) Ontario strawberries.
Tomorrow I can serve them with whipped cream and enjoy them with my cuppa tea.
Today for Victoria Day we are having a real BBQ cooked over charcoal. Yummy - haven't had one of those since last year.

This is my looooong racing day. We have the Monaco F1 race in the early morning, the Indy 500 Indy car race at 11am and finally to cap off the day we have the Nascar Coca Cola 600 from Charlotte NC.
My friends don't come for the morning race but they arrive for the next 2 races. Usually lunch is chicken noodle soup with green floaties and veggies and dip and dinner is usually some kind of BBQ food.
