Is it possible to take things to go from les halles? Like are pastry boxes available or are the sandwiches wrapped?

They will definitely put items in boxes or bags for you. We often buy pastries or baguettes to eat later. Enjoy!

In total agreement. We've taken sandwiches and pastries for a nice picnic lunch in the park and have also taken to airport using up dining plan credits. In each case, they packaged up beautifully.

I don't think we've ever actually eaten anything there, now that I think about it! You'll see lots and lots of people getting theirs boxed up so you won't feel awkward They do a great job!

Seating can be a bit tough at Les Halles sometimes so we almost always get it to go.

The palmier saves beautifully if you’re eyeing that up. I was surprised how crunchy and fresh it stayed overnight and through two backpack hails.
