Just back from another fantastic trip

Arrived Dec 29. From exiting the plane to check in desk at YC was 75 min. Went right into line at ME, there 3 min and then on to bus and pulled right out. Dropped 2 familes at POR, then us at YC. A few on the bus then going to BWI.

Buses great through out trip. Walked to Epcot and most times to DHS - took boat once. Longest bus wait the entire 9 days was a 15min wait at AK. Otherwise less thna 10 min and usually less than 5 - even from DTD twice, the waits were under 5 min.

Had checked in online, walked up to desk with no line, room was ready and in room by Noon - luggage arrived around 2:15.

Went to DHS that night for Fantasmic package at MM. Arrived at park around 230. Was crowded but manageable and lighter then expected.
Rode GMR with 10 min wait, did Fantasmic, Osborne lights, Little Mermaid, and Muppets. After Fantasmic rode TOT twice with 20 min waits.
TSM was 180 min waits - cannot understand why anyone would wait that long for anything.

Spent the 30th at MK. Arrived for 7AM EMH and were able to ride every attraction at least once that day and many more than once with 15 min or less waits or by using FPs. Crowdss were heavy but not shoulder to shoulder or unbearable at all. Did dessert party for 830 Holiday Wishes. Was wondeful, seated within 5 min - front row, desserts were excellent and plentiful and view was fantastic.
People were staking out places for fireworks and parades for hours which was not needed. Got a front row spot in Fronteirland for Xmas parade 5 min before it started. Fro MEP, front row in front of parasol stand in Liberty Square 10 min before parade.

Watched 1150 NYE Fantasy in Sky fireworks from center of Main St next to Casey's. They were fantastic! Left at 1230 and walked directly onto a waiting bus.

Spent NYE at Epcot. Arrived at 8 and was able to ride Soarin twice, TT, SE, Seas, Lving with the Land, all in the 1st 2 hours. Grabbed FPs to use later in the morning and rod eTT and Soarin again.

By Noon, the crowds were crazy. All FPs long gone for use up to 1AM tha tnight, and lines of 240 min. Soarin line had to be continued outside the door in the back area. Also, quite a few tour groups there. Spent the afternoon and evening watchin the films, and sohws. Did behind the seeds tour, lunch at Rose & Crown, and dinner at Saint Angel.

Watched Holiday Illuminations at 730 - grabbed a spot 30 min prior. Then watched shows, roe Figment (5 min wait). NYE fireworks were spectacular. Was also able to watch DHS fireworks right afterwards from bridge to IG.

By the 3rd, crowds had disappeared and wait times, etc were short.

Wonderful trip and Disney did an excellent job at crowd mgt with probably triple the CMS on the 30th and 31st and by outlining and enforcing parade/fireworks viewing areas and walkways.

Also on the 30th at MK, they blocked all indoor CS seating and also outdoor tables near Plaza, Caseys, etc and only allowed those with food already purchased to sit at tables. worked very well and saw no one with food waiting for a table to sit at.
