Does anybody know if two veranda staterooms with a connecting door can open the partition between the two verandas to create a large balcony?

Okay, think about it this way:

This partition right here. Can this opened to make the balcony bigger.

When we were on the Wonder last year we had an adjoining room (connecting door) with another couple and the verandah's did NOT open. Just had to stick you head around the partition.

Same for us. We had connecting Cat 6 rooms but the verandahs were separate. No way to go from one cabin to the other by way of the verandah.

You cannot open the partition between the verandahs. They do open, but only in the case of an emergency (kind of like in case of emergency break glass - the keys are in boxes on the verandah.

No, they can't be opened, but we DID have this ability on another cruise line we went on a few years back. Our family had three cabins together and we had one HUGE balcony when we combined the three.

Maybe it's an idea for the new Disney Dream and Disney Fantasy!
