Welcome to our newest adventure! It was 9 days (13 for two lucky members of our traveling party) at our home away from home, Pop Century! It was wet some days and it was hot some days, but we of course we had a fabulous time. It was our last trip with just two little girls, in 75 days we will be headed back down for some fall fun with 3 sweet girls and some friends.

Let's meet the crazy crew for those of you just joining us and for those of you who have been with us for awhile some updated pictures.

First the stars of all our adventures, Brooklynn and Bella!

Brooklynn will be 6 in just a few weeks. This was her 18th trip. She loves animals and wants to be a vet at Animal Kingdom when she grows up. She is a daredevil and loves the roller coasters. If it goes fast she wants to ride it. She conquered Expedition Everest this trip and loved it. She is a great big sister and quite dramatic especially when tired.

Bella is 3. She is my Tinkerbell, pixie sized and feisty. If she is awake she is on the move. She is a girly girl and loves purses, sparkles, princesses and accessories. She conquered Barnstormer this trip, but still loves "her" horsies and has officially gotten over her character hesitation. This was her 10th trip.

The rest of the crew is not as cute or exciting.

I'm Jill, mommy to those two wonderful little girls who will soon be joined by the newest addition Sophie Kate. I was 29 weeks pregnant on this trip so no big rides for me. I love watching my girls immersed in all the magic and happiness on our trips.

John, my engineer husband. Likes Disney and really enjoyed riding all the big rides with Brooklynn this trip. He also really enjoys all the food we get to eat on our trips.

MeMom, my mom. She is the driving force behind our many trips. She loves going to Disney and is a giant kid when we are there. Any pictures of her our usually seen as a reflection in a window or a shadow on the ground.

So that's the crew. We better get this report going since we will be back in just a little over 2 months for another adventure!

Can't wait to read about yall's trip! I hope I can keep up and post more. Life just stays so busy. The girls are so precious!!

Hello, everyone! :wave2:

This was another wonderful trip. We have never had one that wasn't wonderful, actually.
The first 2-3 days were a little rough, because it rained and rained and rained. I thought the title of the trip report would probably be And the Rain, Rain Rain Came Down, Down, Down, like in Winnie-the-Pooh, but it finally dried up and stayed dried up except for one other night, which was July 4th.

I am in the midst of a bunch of housework this morning, so when I finish that, we'll get started. I want to get all of that behind me so I can sit down and concentrate on the pictures and report without something pulling at me to get done.

This report will be a good diversion for me when school gets nuts, since it is time to get back into my academic atmosphere. After yesterday's Math workshop, I made my first trip of this school year to the Parent-Teacher Store. It was a busy place. ::yes:: I got a few things for my walls and a couple of center games. Those games are so expensive, though, and sometimes I end up making games of my own and laminating them. A couple of Matchbox cars or assorted game pieces, some dice, and themed stickers on posterboard can make for a much cheaper game, and I can make the question cards skill-specific to what I need.

Thanks for being here with us. We appreciate all of you and value your friendships. We got to meet more DIS friends this summer, and more meets are coming in October. We have plans for a DIS meet in East TN next summer, so if you are anywhere near there or feel like taking a Gatlinburg vacation just because...we hope to meet you there!

Anyway, let me go finish laundry and floors, and I will be back with pictures.
