that's different - the swan puff has pink cream instead of the white - how pretty!

I have had the swan puffs at Tea many (too many) times (can't get enough of those scones ) and the filling is always different. It's usually some type of mousse. I've had mango, strawberry, chocolate and several other flavors -each better than the last. Yummy!!!

.....although I really like cream puffs! I'm always savings myself for the strawberries and whipped cream. I suppose I could indulge and have both - once at least! I did notice the color of the filling was variable. For this picture, I wasn't even eating at the tea - just walking through, showing my mom and sister last week, and snapped off this picture!
