So my 4.5 year old will be having her 1st appt at BBB and I'm so excited to surprise her with it! I was hoping to get an ADR at CRT but it doesn't look like that's going to happen unless it's super last minute. Well she loves tea parties so I was thinking of doing afternoon tea at the Garden View Tea Room. Has anyone been there? Would a 4.5 year old little princess like it? Or is it more for adults? I would like to take her somewhere special since she's going to be all dressed up. Or does anyone else have other suggestions of what to do??? TIA! :D

We took my then-4 year old cousin there, with her mom (my first cousin) and grandma (my aunt). It was lovely.

(please note that I do not feel the place is only for females; my husband and son LOVE it there, or at least they did before they changed it all around and ruined how we would order there...it just happened that the first time I went there it was just the ladies)

My little cousin LOVED it. Just adored it. When they poured the chocolate milk from the little teapot, the server raised the teapot up up up and up, and oh how I wish I could post her picture. Eyes wide, watching the milk, hands on the sides of her face, mouth open in awe and wonder... She ate her food and drank her chocolate milk and loved choosing her dessert. She's normally a bit on the extra hyper side, but she was absolutely perfect for that experience.
