Funniest Citizen of Hollywood Competition

Does this still happen? If so, what time and where?

I tried to track it down last trip with no luck. Don't want to miss it next week if it still exists!

It does but the times change, the day you are at DHS make sure to find a Citizen of Hollywood and aske him/her what time the competition will be. It usually is around 2pm to 3pm

As for times, yes, they change and asking is pretty much the only way to find out, most CMs should be able to at least tell you where the Citizens of Hollywood will be at any given time, some may be able to tell you which shows they will be doing, but the Citizens themselves will have the most accurate information.
