is there one near the hotel or parks. Looking for cheaper breakfast items. And great places to go

Not sure if it's helpful at all but we stayed at the Hilton Tokyo Bay and they had a mini mart with very reasonable prices. We bought our breakfasts there. They had the usual pastries, drinks etc. The Hilton is on the monorail line.

There is a Newdays convenience store under Maihama station (the rail station for TDR), open from 6:30am until 11:30pm. See http://shop-search.j-retail.jp/spot/detail?code=0000000404.

Unless you have a reason to prefer a Lawson or FamilyMart, the closest branches are considerably further away (you might walk to them from the Ambassador Hotel, or perhaps even the Mira Costa, but it would be quite a trek from the Disneyland Hotel). See http://store.lawson.co.jp/store/212890/ and http://as.chizumaru.com/famima/deta...28&y=128202.109&lscl=8424&lrot=0&pgret=1&c2=1. There is a 7-Eleven north of Maihama station, but there isn't an easy way to actually get there. See http://www.e-map.ne.jp/p/711map/dtl...1&&his=ar,nm&srchplace=35.6507139,139.9054611.

Ikspiari has a mini-supermarket in the basement, although note that it won’t be open at breakfast (the hours are 10am-11pm). See http://www.ikspiari.com/en/shop/1109/index.html.

The Tokyo Disneyland Hotel does have a reasonable selection of food items in its shop, and the prices didn’t fell outrageous. See http://www.disneyhotels.jp/tdh/facility/gift.html.

It's more or less just for breakfast items, . If there's a store where we can buy stuff to bring back to the room it's good. Mom doesn't like going out to eat, and the convenience stores have good breakfast items

This is great information! We are the same, we want to have breakfast items in the hotel before we head to the park.
What is the likelihood of buying milk at Hilton? Tempted to bring the kids cereal with us we would just need milk.

Pretty sure they had milk. They had a whole area with cold stuff, drinks, yogurt, cold meats etc.

There wasn't one that close by, but my Dad, Mom, and I went to the mall area and the supermarket and they had food there. Worked out well for us. We would do Disneyland and Disney Sea in the morning and then leave and grab lunch at the mall then buy food for the room and go back to the room and mom would stay at hotel while dad and I went out to the parks again. I'll explain more in the trip report I'm doing.
